About me
Artist and sculptor in the Canary Islands
As a sculptor and multidisciplinary artist in the Canary Islands , I develop my artistic work through contemporary sculpture , graphic art , and digital illustration , with nature and the land as central axes of research and creation. My work stems from observing the natural environment of the Canary Islands and the relationship we have with it, exploring how our actions influence and leave their mark on the landscape we inhabit.
The pieces I create don't merely use nature as an aesthetic reference; they also offer an artistic reflection on the relationship between humankind and its environment. Through forms, materials, and processes, I seek to generate spaces for contemplation that invite us to rethink how we inhabit the world and the impact we leave on our territory throughout our lives.
This approach is especially relevant in today's context, marked by speed, technology, and a growing disconnect from nature. From the Canary Islands, my artistic practice is conceived as a call to reflection and an invitation to reconnect with nature, the landscape, and natural processes from a contemporary and conscious perspective.
